In addition to its use as a long life road marking compound where its performance is well documented, Degaroute ® formulations are finding increasing use as decorative, hard wearing, skid and slip resistant coatings in vehicle and pedestrian trafficked areas.

TCP Degaroute ® formulations can be applied to bitumen, concrete, metal and wood substrates and offer the following advantages:

  • UV Stable
    Minimum product deterioration when exposed to strong sunshine means longer service life.
  • Hard Wearing
    Excellent retention of aggregate means skid and slip resistant properties are maintained for a long period.
  • Flexible
    Withstands substrate movements better than other road surface treatments.
  • Reflective
    Can be made reflective if required. Excellent glass bead retention means reflectivity is retained for a long period.
  • Fast Curing
    The quick curing characteristics of Degaroute ® formulations mean minimum disruption to traffic and substantially reduced traffic management costs.
